General Policy
NearMe Community provides a digital marketplace platform. Once a transaction is completed and access to platform features is granted, the transaction is generally considered final.
⚠️ Important Notice
Since our service provides instant access to marketplace features upon payment, refunds cannot be issued once you have accessed the platform or used any credits.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate Payment
If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error.
Technical Error
If a technical issue on our platform prevents you from accessing purchased services and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
Unauthorized Transaction
If your payment was processed without your authorization (subject to verification).
Service Not Delivered
If you paid but did not receive access to the platform features.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in these cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Failure to use the platform or features
Dissatisfaction with platform features
Credits already used or partially used
Platform features working as described
User error or misunderstanding
Third-party service interruptions
Account closure or self-deletion

Attach evidence
Include screenshots, error messages, or any supporting documentation.
